MK Seminar in Dallas,TX

So this is long over due but I went to Dallas the first week of August for my Mary Kay seminar and it was a blast!! My flight there was another story though! So I never really had issues flying until the morning I was leaving Billings to go to Dallas. My flight was scheduled to leave at 10:20am so I was at the airport at 9:00 and wondering why on earth the line was long. My flight had been cancelled because the staff decided not to show up for work! How wonderful was that? So they were re booking everyone for flights and since I needed to leave town on Monday (the 2nd) i was on stand-by for the 3:00 flight in case someone decided to not fly out that afternoon. Lucky me I got a flight but didn't get to Dallas until around midnight. So I was at the airport all day and when I got to Dallas because my whole itinerary was messed up my luggage did not arrive with me so there I was in Dallas without anything besides my purse and what was in it! I definitely learned a lesson to travel with a carry on! Thankfully I have wonderful Mary Kay girlfriends that I was rooming with and they gave me pj's to wear, and everything until my luggage arrived at the airport at 1pm the next day. Well that kind of stunk because I had a workshop to be to at 8:00 that morning so I missed half the workshop but at least I still able to make it to some of it. I was also able to see my cousin Jen and her adorable little boy Evan and go and have dinner with them. I have posted a few of my favorite pics from my trip and will try and upload a slideshow of everything at a later time. All in all it was a really great trip and I learned so much and can't wait to see what the company has in store for us next year! Houston Bound in January! This is the suit I will soon be wearing! And Christina and I will be able to go into the Directors only section next year too!
