Mary Kay Career Conference

So I just got back a few days ago from an awesome conference with Mary Kay in Denver Colorado. I learned so much, got the insight from the company on new Spring products coming out, and goals for the company. Mary Kay is working in the black, yes it's true we are a company that owes NOBODY! We are debt FREE! Cosmetics will always be around, and women will always buy lip gloss or lipstick no matter what the economy is like and I will ALWAYS have a career and don't have to worry about getting laid off. It is a known fact that 3 products always increase in sales or keep sales up in a recession and those alcohol, tobacco, and cosmetics. Another thing I learned that was in a study of top 3 loyal brand names Mary Kay came in 3rd to Google and Avis! AND we are still the #1 brand of skin care and color cosmetics in the US! One of the company's goals is to reach 5 billion by Mary Kay's 50th anniversary which is in 3 years. I love this company and the flexibility I am able to have while still "working" and to be able to stay at home with Tristan. If I was working a J-O-B I would not have been able to take a week off and stay at home with Tristan when he had his viral infection, or be at home with Matthew yesterday taking care of him because he was so ill from the flu and could barely walk! I want to thank my husbands cousin Desirea for introducing me to Mary Kay and her beauty consultant at the time, because if I wouldn't have gone with her to get a facial I would have NEVER been offered this great opportunity, and have made the many girlfriends that I have just because of Mary Kay. So here are a few pictures from Conference. Enjoy! This is my director Tonya, walking across stage for being on target for the Queen's court of Sharing My friend Breanna Jensen being introduced as a brand new Sales Director from Gillette, WY! All the new debuting Sales Directors saying the sales director oath In my directors suite having our quarterly MK auction. I bought 2 beautiful rings, a bracelet and a planner with Monopoly money My friend Mary Runco and I The new red jackets we can get by moving up the career path This is the one I will be getting by April 1st And last but not least this is my favorite NSD speaker at conference, Stacy James
