Kaneesa's 1st Birthday
My niece Kaneesa had her first birthday on June 12th but we celebrated it just this last saturday and she was so excited when we all started singing to her, and she actually tried to blow out the candle on her cake!
I couldn't resist taking this picture. Kanessa used to be taller than Tristan but Tristan has been having a few growth spurts lately and has finally caught up to her!

they look so cute standing there! i can see them growing to be close cousins! kaneesa has always been in the 50% range for her height, i thought she would be a bit taller since michael and i are tall. its nice to see that even though kaneesa is 6 weeks younger that they have been able to do the same things and grow and play together, they are so cute!
